Refund policy

Bespoke & Semi Bespoke Orthotics (Including vacuum formed) as well as Foot Scanning systems and iPad scanners are not accepted for returns unless the item is faulty.

For all other products: If you're unsatisfied you can return the product to us whilst meeting following criteria:

  • Returned with 14 days of your delivery date
  • All products with original packaging
  • Products must be unused and unaltered
  • In a re-saleable condition.

Unwanted items are returned at your own cost to the address given below. Returned parcels must be clearly marked 'Returned Goods' on the return shipping label. For an immediate refund of eligible returns simply return your unused product with the tags still attached together with the packing slip you received with your order to:

You will receive a confirmation email notifying you we have received your parcel and returns are processed the day we receive the item back but funds may be subject to standard bank processing times before appearing in your account. We are unable to refund items that are lost in transit and recommend the use of a tracked service when returning goods. The 14 day eligibility window starts from the day you receive your package from us and ends of the day you post the package back to us. Returns arriving with a postmark outside of the 14 day eligibility window will not qualify for a refund. Enertor Medical reserves the right to reject items returned that don't comply with the criteria outlined in our returns policy. Returns may be sent back to the original shipping address for if they fail to comply with our policy at the discretion of Enertor Medical.

We are unable to offer an exchange service please place a new order for the items that you would prefer after returning the product you wish to exchange for a full refund.
