Shipping policy

Bespoke and semi bespoke orders will be shipped after the turnaround time selected by the customer at the checkout (working days), if purchasing 24hr, the order will be dispatched the next working day when the prescription is received before 1pm. All other orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours. This is subject to change dependant on busy periods and manufacture.

The amount of time taken for an order to arrive after dispatch is dependant on the option selected at the checkout. For most countries a priority and economy option is available.
