The First Steps Sport is an EVA insole with 2 degrees of intrinsic rear foot control, a deep cup and it comes with a met dome as standard. It has a high level of control and durability. It is also water repellent and resists odour.

The Blue device is made of a medium density EVA for up to 95 kg of body weight. Comes in three arch heights - LOW(F), NORMAL (FN) and HIGH (N)

The Red device is made of a high density EVA for body weights above 95 kg of body weight.
