Performance Insoles with IP1© Shock Absorbing material

Very comfortable and more comfortable for exercise than the older First Steps Sports ones. However, the only problem is that my trainers are a size 10.5UK and the biggest size of UK11 is still about one cm shorter than my trainer insole. It would be helpful if the sizes matched the insoles and covered the full length or if you had bigger sizes so I could get a UK12 for a UK10.5 (brand of shoe is Timberland and UnderArmour.

Much better medial arch support than the D3O Performance with enhanced support overall for running and exercising.

These orthotics were to replace my D3O performance insoles. They have much more medial arch support. However, they do tend to bring your heel out of the trainer which can be a problem if you don't have a deep heel cup. Much greater control than D3O.

Tried in a couple of different pairs of shoes and I love how supportive they feel. I suffer from osteoarthritis in my knees so anything that helps cushion the impact is very welcome. These are very good at this so I’m glad I own them
